Oshkosh Corporation Earns Top CES 2026 Innovation Awards for Robotics and Travel Technology

OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Oshkosh Corporation has received top honors at CES 2026 for its groundbreaking advancements in robotics and travel technology.

The company was also recognized as a multiple CES Innovation Awards Honoree in the Construction and Industrial Tech category.

Oshkosh earned recognition in the Robotics category for its JLG Boom Lift with Robotic End Effector, which will be showcased at CES 2026. The innovative system demonstrates how robotic manipulators, AI-guided control, and multi-sensor perception can transform conventional boom lifts into autonomous platforms capable of performing elevated tasks independently.

In the Travel & Tourism category, Oshkosh was honored for its Striker Volterra™ Electric Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Vehicle from Oshkosh Airport Products. The vehicle delivers 28% faster acceleration than its diesel-powered counterpart, providing a quicker response time in critical emergency situations.

Additionally, Oshkosh Corporation received CES Innovation Awards Honoree distinctions in Construction and Industrial Tech for its JLG Boom Lift for Construction and Industrial Applications and the McNeilus Volterra™ Electric Refuse and Recycling Vehicle.

The CES Innovation Awards program, owned and organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), is an annual competition recognizing excellence in design and engineering across 36 product categories. For 2026, the program received a record 3,600+ submissions. Entries earning the highest scores in their respective categories receive the prestigious “Best of Innovation” title. A distinguished panel of judges — including industry experts, media professionals, engineers, and designers — evaluated all submissions.
