TGI Hotels has further expanded its Goa footprint by signing a new property: Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort, which will operate under its premium “Trishvam” brand. This marks TGI’s second hotel in Goa (after its Panjim property) and signals a strategic push into the serene, southern stretch of Palolem Beach.
Slated to open in December 2025, the resort is designed to be an upscale coastal hideaway. It will feature 42 thoughtfully designed cottages blending natural aesthetics with modern comfort. Guests can look forward to an all-day multi-cuisine restaurant, a tranquil spa, a gym, and a swimming pool — all with easy access to the beachfront.
Amit Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer of commented on the move: “Panjim laid the foundation for our growth in Goa, and expanding into Palolem is a natural next step. Trishvam reflects TGI’s commitment to elevated hospitality. With this resort — the third in our Trishvam collection after Pondicherry and Krishnagiri — we aim to offer guests a redefined beachfront stay that combines comfort, local charm, and our signature warmth.”
